We will have a special called business meeting Sunday, September 25th immediately following the worship service. The deacon body will present the names of men to actively serve the church. Larry Halvorson, Kevin McWilliams, and Pete Walley will serve one year terms ending in 2023.  Mark Boone and Jason Quick will serve three year terms ending in 2025. Robert Battle, Billy Green, and Jerry Hill have already been approved to serve two year terms ending in 2024.
We will also vote for messengers to the MS Baptist Convention on October 24-26. The list of potential messengers is as follows: Bro. John Cofer, Bro. Mark Branson, Bro. Brock Burch, and Pete Walley.

The Mississippi Baptist Conference for the Deaf will be this weekend, September 23rd through September 25th at Garaywa Conference Center. Therefore, there will be no American Sign Language Interpreter for this Sunday’s service.
